One of the challenges of being a new blogger/Twitterer is that you don’t quite have the “lay of the land” when you start writing your posts or your Tweets. I just discovered the show/hide kitchen sink button in my post dashboard…which means I can type in color now! It’s opened up a whole new world for me! If only I had realized this before getting all the HTML for my Biggest Loser team colors in week 1. Sigh. I was trying to update my Twitter shred pals this morning and didn’t realize I had included myself in every reply…twice. Sorry friends. Couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t get everyone on the list. Double sigh.
That said (one of my favorite Jillian phrases), 1/3 down on the 30 Day Shred Challenge! Tripped over a stray dumbbell early in the workout and thought that was going to be it for Day 10. But I salvaged my dignity, picked myself up off the floor and made it through!
Form was much better today and no 5 second dropouts (or dropdowns, since they’re usually during the plank twists and squat thrusts). I added a 15 minute stationary bike ride at the end to boost the cardio. Not sure how much of a benefit it actually was though, since I was going pretty slowly. Energy perked right up again after my post-workout snack of a few Kashi crackers and Smuckers All Natural Peanut Butter. Excited to try it again tomorrow, hoping for limited breaks in the cardio section.

WooHoo! You are goin strong AND glad you didn’t injure yourself there over the dumbbell trip – I will not hear of you not doing day 11, 12, 13 and so on with me – I am counting on you to be there!

I’m a workout klutz, too! I fell off my step bench the day before the Shred started- scared the crap out of my dog.
I don’t know why Blogger is refusing your posts! Know that it is not me. I SWEAR!!!

I am very new at Twitter… I hardly know what I am doing either. Happy enough just to kind of get a tweet out there at present.
Have you ever seen the Biggest Loser recaps on TelevisionWithoutPity.com? I always find those rather hilarious.
