Day 14 of the 30 Day Shred Challenge

Almost halfway done with Paula’s 30 Day Shred Challenge! There are still people joining the challenge, so if you weren’t able to start on Day 1, there’s plenty of room on the roster for the next two weeks.  Head on over to Celebrate Weight Loss and sign up now!

Slow start to Day 14, because I definitely didn’t eat enough for breakfast.  I knew it the minute I started the first cardio circuit and felt a bit more winded than yesterday.   Need a post-it reminder stuck to my glasses, so it’s the first thing I see in the morning.  Held the same ratio of Natalie to Anita moves as yesterday.  Goal is all Natalie moves, all the time for Day 15.  Need to get in that groove or else I won’t feel confident moving on to Level 3.

Excited to see a kick-butt Last Chance Workout on the National Mall tonight during The Biggest Loser!   And speaking of…just pre-ordered thisand thisfrom Amazon.  Very excited!

    Me too girl – very proud of you too.

    The mind connect adds more circumstantial evidence that maybe we are the same person. Both on East Coast. Both love Danny. Both do pretty mean toe pushups. Both able to live tweet with coherence during TBL. Hmmmmm. The plot thickens!

    I can’t do the smiley faces on my own blog though. So one in the “aren’t the same person column.” :0)
