Day 15 of the 30 Day Shred Challenge

Still riding high after a very satisfactory BOOT during last night’s Biggest Loser (more on that later this afternoon)!  Harnessed all of the happy energy and channeled it towards a productive Day 15 workout.   The weights felt a little lighter, the cardio just a bit easier.  Even Jillian seemed a little nicer today!  I actually believed her when she said I’d be ready for Level 3 in no time.

All Biggest Loser related kidding aside, I’m definitely noticing new definition in my body.  My legs are definitely tighter and my abs are firming up too.  However, I’m feeling the biggest change in my arms.  All those shoulder, biceps, pushups and plank moves have been worth it!   And we’re only halfway!  Can’t wait to see more changes by Day 30.

    WooHoo Lori! I too am feeling pretty great after 15 days – I think I am FINALLY breaking this weight plateau! (holding breath as I see that! hehe) Here’s to a great 2nd half with you partner! Keep it up! :)

    Hey Andie – pretty astounding to see these changes in only 15 days isn’t it? Talk about motivation. :0) I’m glad you’re looking forward to the next 15 too! Keep those “mission accomplished” tweets coming – love seeing those each day.
