I’m Lori G. and I love The Biggest Loser!

Inspired by the contestants and trainers on the hit NBC television show, I’ve lost almost 25 lbs. It took me ten years to gain the weight in the picture above left. Now, I’m keeping it off by making healthy diet and exercise choices each and every day. It’s not always easy. In fact, sometimes it’s downright frustrating! But it’s nothing compared to what eight seasons of Biggest Loser players have gone though. So happy that Jillian and Bob aren’t yelling at me through a Last Chance Workout. And if the contestants can do it with hundreds of extra pounds, so can I!
